Baytown's 2026 America Mile Run AMRAP Challenge
About the Run
This is about miles, not a 5K, not a fun run, and definitely no “K’s.” P2:3 Consulting Presents: The 2026 America Mile AMRAP Challenge in Baytown, TX. Built around one thing—the mile, repeated as many times as you can handle.
On Independence Day from 2PM to 4PM, runners take on a 1-mile loop in a true AMRAP format (as many rounds as possible), pushing lap after lap through peak Texas heat. This isn’t about finishing a 5K, it’s about how many miles you can grind out when there are no shortcuts, no easing in, and no K’s to hide behind.
This is a “No K’s” race in every sense: no 5K distance, no Kids running, no "K"asual pacing, no pretending it’s anything other than a test of endurance and will. It’s just miles, grit, and the freedom to go all in—because America.
Did we mention a chance to win $999 in prize money? (Also, no $1K.. but $999.. because we are serious about the No Ks!)
With $999 in prize money across four divisions, only 250 committed runners will earn a spot in this mile-driven showdown.
The day finishes with Baytown’s largest free festival featuring live music from Eli Young Band and Mustache the Band, food, shopping, kids’ activities, fireworks, and more. Winners are crowned on stage during the celebration.
No 5K. No excuses. No K’s. Just miles.
