Food trucks, chalk art, arts and crafts vendors, public art – there is so much happening that the festivities actually spill-out of Town Square and into the Downtown Arts District. 1. Food Trucks & Other Eateries in Downtown

Food trucks come from all over Houston, park around Town Square, and serve up some of the most scrumptious food! But if food trucks aren’t your thing, right across from the Square is Wazabi Sushi Bar and Sabor of Mexico, two of Baytown’s favorite local eateries. Wazabi has a laidback atmosphere with some of the best Asian-fusion dishes in the area. Next door, Sabor features real fruit ice-cream pops, tons of ice-cream flavors, and delicious savory food with several vegan options!

2. Art, Art and more Art!

On the streets around Town Square, incredible chalk artists will spend hours perfecting beautiful masterpieces in 5x5-foot squares. An ice sculpture will also be out hosting live art demos. While in The Downtown Arts District some of the beautiful murals and the Baytown Sculpture Trail as well.

3. We Bring the Beats

Not only are you able to eat yummy food and enjoy beautiful art, but this year’s Arts & Eats Fest is full of entertainment that you don’t want to miss; there will be live music playing throughout the event at the Town Square!

4. Let the kids chalk!

Can’t forget about the kiddos!! A chalking area and chalk will be provided and is completely free for the kids to enjoy. Please remember to keep those chalk masterpieces on the ground ONLY – no walls, pillars, or benches! There will also be free robot animal rides and a trackless train for the kids to enjoy.
