Attractions are limited to the wave pool, Boomerango slide, Colorado Drop slide and Beachside Grill and Dippin' Dots.

Pirates Bay
North America's first outdoor NinjaCross, transforms the Pirate's Bay activity pool into a one of a kind obstacle course. There are hoops to swim through, ladders to climb, and so much more.

Float the Lazy River; slide down the body slides, space bowl, mat racer, tube slides; hang out in the wave pool; surf the flowrider; or play on the free standing play structures and NinjaCross.

Coolers are welcome into the park with a $20 cooler pass as long as there is no alcohol, glass, or knives of any kind and all beverages are factory sealed. Pirates Bay does have a concession stand that sells items ranging in price form $3-$23.

Please put your wristbands on before entering the park!

If you forget sunscreen, towels, swim diapers, water proof phone cases, and more, do not worry. We sell those in our Black Pearl gift shop which is located near the FlowRider.

Pirates Bay is located at 5300 East Road in Baytown (at the Wayne Gray Sports Complex), between Garth and North Main.

Parking is always free.

No outside inflatable flotation devices will be permitted (Tubes/Rafts/Water Wings/Etc.) This also includes baby or toddler rafts or floats and pool noodles. Life jackets must be U.S Coast Guard approved, and should be worn by weak swimmers. Life jackets are available at Pirate's Bay.

Lockers are available in a variety of sizes in the front and back of the park and range in price from $8-$13 for daily use.

No Animals. Animals of any kind are not allowed in the park, except for legally-defined service dogs or as may otherwise be required by law to assist those with disabilities.
