
Baytown Parks & Recreation is hosting the first social distancing, after hours party event at the Baytown Nature Center. The evening will feature music by The Goo Roos as well as food and beverages from El Toro.
In accordance to CDC guidelines, there will be a designated social distancing area, social distance line markers, hand-washing stations, and frequent restroom disinfecting by trained staff. Ticket sales will be strictly limited to adhere to Governor Abbott’s Executive Orders and CDC guidelines. Each ticket holder will receive a free mask upon entry and have access to a social distancing zone as space permits.

What does cost include?
The cost of your ticket includes your parking, entry into event, wristband and mask.
Where do I park and is there a cost?
Parking will be provided at the Baytown Nature Center and is included in the cost of your ticket. Parking
area attendants will guide cars to park in specified spaces.
What am I permitted to bring in?
Ticket holders can bring in lawn chairs or blankets to use during the concert. There will not be any chairs
or seating available to rent or use during the event. No coolers, personal food, or beverage items are
allowed. There will be food and beverages available on site for sale.
Will there be tickets available at the gate?
No, all ticket purchases are online only through https://bit.ly/3jopUej. Check-in will be required
upon entering the event.
What kind of safety protocols will take place?

A free mask will be provided to each individual ticket holder along with a wristband upon entering the facility.

Social Distancing Zones for the music concert will be designated and marked for groups.

Social Distancing Markers will be placed in the food vendor and restroom areas. It is encouraged that masks be worn in these areas for your safety and that of others around you.

Hand Washing Stations will be provided for participants to disinfect hands throughout the event.

Capacity will be strictly limited to adhere to Governor Abbott’s Executive Orders and CDC guidelines.

Port-O-Potty disinfecting will be conducted regularly by trained Baytown Parks & Recreation staff. These individuals will have backpack equipment containing sanitizing solution. This solution is restaurant grade, food-safe quality that dries quickly.

Additional Important Information
Bad Weather
There will be no rain-out date for this event. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
Entry Procedures
Gates open at 9PM. The earliest arrival time will be 8:45PM to avoid traffic build up and provide time to empty the park before the event begins. All event participants will enter the main entrance of the Baytown Nature Center. All participants must present their pre-purchased ticket to check-in and receive a mask & wristband.
Wristbands & Masks
All ticket holders must wear their wristbands throughout the event. It is encouraged that masks be worn especially outside the social distancing zone for your safety and those around you.
Exit Procedures
There will be one exit from the facility with no re-entry permitted.
