Primarily, the HOT grants are utilized for advertising an event held in the Baytown city limits to a population outside the Baytown area, or for advertising historical preservation and restoration projects and resources.

 

All non-profit organizations that wish to request HOT monies for fiscal year 2023 – 2024 (October 1 – September 30), are required to apply by filling out the attached application during this enrollment period. This application needs to be filled out and received by the Baytown Tourism Office no later than Friday, September 15 by 4:00 PM.
