Arts & Eats Fest
March 23rd 4pm-9pm
Town Square, 213 W. Texas Avenue, Baytown
The Arts & Eats Fest is the perfect marriage of food trucks, art, and music! Food Trucks will line the Baytown Town Square while the Mambo Jazz Kings take the stage for a day of dancing and singing familiar pop/rock tunes. In the middle of the Town Square, chalk artists take their places around the large fountain to create art pieces that will win the hearts of spectators and hopefully the contest’s first prize award. Finally, new for 2019, there will be a fire truck pull hosted by Baytown’s Special Olympics group. The festival is free to attend and proceeds from the chalk art contest and fire truck pull will benefit the Art Gallery of Baytown’s Rising Stars—a special needs art program.
